Dr. Erica is compassionate and shows concern for her clients. Dr. Erica is very knowledgeable about hair loss and very kind and understanding when you are sharing your story about hair loss and wants to make sure that you are always comfortable. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to meet with Dr. Erica who helped me to realize that I need not be ashamed of my hair loss. Dr. Erica, I just want you to know how much your kindness meant to me and it is a blessing to have people like you in the world. I appreciate you very much. My Mom has suffered from alopecia for years. Her hair was so thin you could literally see her scalp. She was so self-conscious about it that she rarely wanted to leave the house. She had tried every hair thickening technique you could think of and had no improvement. She ordered a wig online and was incredibly disappointed when she got it because it didn’t look like “the model”. She looked so defeated. So, I took matters into my own hands and decided she needed a professional to show her how to wear a wig correctly, and I am so glad I did! The Wig Doctor not only made sure she understood that there were actual fitting requirements and techniques, she was so kind and patient with her. There was absolutely no pressure for her to wear something she didn’t like and she made sure she was satisfied with what she had before she left. I had a wonderful experience with Patty and then scheduled a follow up with Dr. Gamble, too. Patty was kind, offering words of encouragement during my try-on consult and even shared her passion for wigs and feelings about how they are viewed, making me feel so much better about the whole experience. I wasn't rushed, and she even spent time to teach me how to put the wigs on myself, so I'd feel comfortable when I got home. We left offering big hugs to each other and some tears too. I cannot recommend Wig Dr. enough.
